This site will become a premier website for building MONEY websites, for FREE basically, except for the cost of a Domain name [at present a domain.info is available for initial annual registration of US$1.19].  All the software and a 20Mb website, can be had for FREE also. [A 20Mb space on a server is okay for starters. It is totally free of pop-ups and any ads at all.  The user is free to use it commercially.  When I started, (I didn't know about this), it took me a while to outgrow 20Mb but it would not now if I was forced to start again.]  Most people could learn alot in 12 months for US$1.19.
 
Anyway,  I am positive that good qualified traffic will come via Google et al.  MY experience is that it will continue to grow exponentially every month.  I am confident that this site will become the premier site for people wanting to make money, a living, online from their websites.  There is a great opportunity for HONEST GURUS to earn by imparting their expertise.

If you are reading this it means you have access to a computer.  That is all you need to be able to have your own website.  The marginal cost from here could be FREE or just a few dollars per month. Once you have built your website on your own computer, [that is, the pages that you want people to see when they access your website], it is necessary for you to place it on a "node" on the internet [www].  While it is possible to have a web-server, on your own computer, such that users of the internet can access, it is not worth the pain, hassle and time when you can have it on a webhost with full services [most you will never use] for just a few dollars per month.   We will discuss this later when we have discussed how you build the pages you want displayed on you website by your webhost.
You will be able to have it hosted for FREE, as at 20080404, if it is under 20Mb in size and has less than 50Mb of Data Transfer per month; with the TOP host, Servers Australia.

  This means that while you are feeling your way and still learning, it will cost you NOTHING.   I just wish I had known this when I was starting off.

You do not need to have a DOMAIN NAME for you website until you are about to first upload it to your webhost for it to go online on the internet.  If, as you write and build your website, you already have a name in mind, there is a high likelihood for that to change as you build your website.  It is not like a school essay where you have to write a composition on the title.   When you are about to upload it, you pick a name and see if it is available and register it.  You can be writing your site with a "working title" [which you may wish to change when nearing your first "upload"].

There is so much free software available, you will not need to buy any more software.  We will now expand on the software you will need and the links from where you can download it for free.

Mozilla COMPOSER
Used for:  Writing your webpages.  Webpages are in code called html [hyper text markup language].  Open Office can also be used for writing html code.

OpenOffice
Used for:  OpenOffice is an extremely powerful suite of Open Source software. Being Open Source, it is fre fr all uses, including commercial.  There are six different programs in the OpenOffice suite.  The software is for Writing, Spreadsheet, DataBases, drawings, presentations and Information.   The Writing OpenOffice program can open and save documents in 21 different formats.  This means that documents in any one of these 21 formats can be converted into any other of the 21 formats.  Additionally, any one of the 21 formats can be output, exported, saved or "printed" in the pdf format.  Each program is also multilingual .

FastStone Image Viewer
Used for:FastStone Image viewer is very effective in manipulating photos and documents as scanned images.  The "manipulation" includes cropping the document and photo to remove unimportant areas of the document or photo.  It also includes rotating image files and resizing of the image to reduce the size of the image file so that it will download more quickly.   Most documents and photos need cropping before they are included in a webfile or in a pdf document.   FastStone is ideal for that.

SmartFTP is free for non-commercial use.  WAS free.  They have ceased the free version.  They have operated poorly for some time.  They would mess users about and make the program inoperatable so that the user would have to update the program, so no doubt many would buy the program.  I had been unhappy with the program for quite a while, so am pleased that I have been able to use FileZilla. 

Used for:  uploading all the files you have built/written for your website.  [FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol.]   SmartFTP is also used to change the file permissions on files on those occasions when the default permission setting is not the one desired.  This is called CHMOD. FileZilla does all this. ]

	Just as was mentioned with OpenOffice, PDF is an extremely useful format for many uses of visual computer/information files.  It is the standard format to give a document to a printing firm to produce as hard copy, as all the display parameters are fixed.  Apart from html, pdf is a usual means of displaying information on a website.
	Portable Document Format (PDF) is the de facto standard for the secure and reliable distribution and exchange of electronic documents and forms around the world.  CutePDF Writer (formerly CutePDF Printer) is the free version of commercial PDF creation software. CutePDF Writer installs itself as a "printer subsystem". This enables virtually any Windows applications (must be able to print) to create professional quality PDF documents - with just a push of a button!   FREE for personal and commercial use!  No watermarks!  No Popup Web Ads!

FileZilla Open Source FTP / SFTP Client is one Open Source Code FTP program.

FileZilla is a free, open source FTP client for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X distributed under the GNU General Public License. It does much the same job as SmartFTP. You can do the usual stuff, upload and download files, as well as resume uploads or downloads, works with firewalls, supports SFTP (Secure FTP) and SSL secured connections, handle queues of files to be uploaded/downloaded, etc. At the time this was written, the Linux and Mac OS X versions are under Beta testing.

Procedure to follow for you to post on our Bulletin Boards,  responses and replies  you receive from Government bodies and other organisations.  All the software if free.

We will first consider that you have their response in a LETTER.  [OF COURSE, you can ask them to reply by EMAIL.] You need  their letter as an image file to crop or to delete any too private detail in it before uploading, and to UPLOAD it. 

To post their response to the Bulletin Board, you do it as an 'attachment' to another post. see http://globaldisabilitynetwork.com/forum/faq.php#f27 /. 
Scan your reply as a jpg file.  If you wish to delete parts of your address or other personal facts use the free FastStone Image Viewer. You can also crop it so only the important part and not the blank border are included when viewed.  It will look much better.
Below the Reply screen in which you write the text you are posting, you will see the 'Upload attachment' button. Click it and follow the directions.   [The extension pdf is not allowed.]  It must be an 'image' file such  as .jpg /.

If your response was an email, there are a few ways of including it. There are two ways: [at least]
The preferable way [to keep Google and Yahoo on your side], is to post the email reply as text. [As an aside, I believe Google run Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software over pdf of image files and convert it to text for indexing - Hence, Russell in itallics became Russe// .]

To include it in that way, just highlight all of the text of your email, paste it into your posting screen, and put BBCode for [Quote] around it.  ie  [quote]the text of the email[/quote]  You can easily delete your email address.  This is the preferable method as Google Yahoo will read and index all of this text.  That will assist your case.

Another way is to include the email as an image, as for a paper letter.   Arrange the email so it all appears in your monitor, as you want it to appear.  Then: Shift-PrintScreen. You can then paste that into the Program called  'Paint' if you have it,  or paste it into a blank FREE OpenOffice document and save the file as an .html file. In the directory created you will find an image file which you then crop using FastStone /.  You then have your file to upload.  If it was too big for a single screen, do it as multiple images.

 We will list links to a number of SUGGESTED providers of hosting services.  IMPORTANTLY, we will MAINTAIN and  PUBLISH an INDEX or LIST of the WEB HOSTING PROVIDERS  we would not touch - the ONES WE'D AVOID, AND, MOST VITALLY, WHY!!!! - the ACTUAL REASONS we would not entertain having a website hosted by them.

1)    AussieHQ [click here] PLUS their RESELLERS [click here].   [Jumba was previously a reseller of AussieHQ but has been since 'acquired' by AussieHQ.  Over time, as we become aware of them, we will list ALL AussieHQ resellers, as we would never deal with any of them again.]

REASON for never dealing with AussieHQ [ahq]:  We have the experience with AussieHQ [ahq] of someone being "offended" at our publishing how that "someone" had wronged us with that "someone" previously thinking he could do so with immunity.  Our commentary was not obscene, defamatory or abusive, but just factual with questions.  ahq just told us to "remove all offending material" and further that it was "not negotiable".  We moved that site to the US.  They did this because they had in their contract the "Acceptable Use policy".   and, as well, they had the "absolute discretion" clause.  You will note the "reasonable person" reference in their Acceptable Use Policy.  The AussieHQ rep said, I consider myself a reasonable person and I consider the content offensive.  He stated that that  was all that was necessary for him to require my compliance with his wishes.
 
To prove that WEB HOSTS [WH] do not have to operate in that way, we relate the following. We have since had another WEB HOST [in Australia, not that one in the US] who has received a fax from lawyers [we have other documented evidence of those lawyers' corruption],  for our Principal's low life brother-in-law, who has committed numerous criminal offences.    
The fax threatened legal action against our WEB HOST, if the site was not "taken down".  Our web host phoned them and told them that he would close it down if he received a court order. You will note that they threatened legal action.  That was just lawyers' puff.   Nearly three months later, we have heard nothing.   By ahq's previous action, they would have just caved in to the lawyers' threat.   Our Principal, Russell Mathews also made other claims against Hugh McVean.  These were: 
" We do have the evidence that Hugh McVean is guilty of Insurance Fraud, Tax Fraud, Aggravated Assault, forgery of legal documents, entering forged documents into Queensland Courts with the aim of misleading the court,  and other criminal fraud."

This was NOT a court pleading where they would make allegations that they would then attempt to prove in the actual case.  Our principal will state unequivocally, that these allegations ARE correct.  The crook's crooked solicitors  cannot make that claim; "absolutely no basis whatsoever", as such cannot logically be within their power to know. So, why did they make that claim? : because they are corrupt just as is their client, our Principal's brother in law Hugh McVean.
 
[This site, as apposed to that site, did not [well not then, but we do now] make this claim.  Clearly, these crooks masquerading as "honourable lawyers",  wrote efectively the same letter [to be faxed], to both web hosts.  Our Principal is referred to, only on the other site, AustLawPublish, as Editor in Chief.

While writing this page I googled for a definition of BULLY or BULLYING, to find "most people only realise they're being bullied when they read this page",

 

The Bully Online website published by the UK National Workplace Bullying Advice Line.  The site is extensive and detailed.

In time I will name all of the bullies and link them to specific pages on this site.

Some TACTICS and STRATEGIES of BULLYING.

The DYNAMICS of the BULLYING to which I am subjected, and the reasons for it.

For so long I did not realise that I was being bullied. I just realised I was being attacked often.  Others had suggested that as I was the comon denominator, it must be something about me; something that I was doing. That seemed logical to me. I looked hard and long at myself to try to understand. [In fact it was DIRECTLY RELATED TO ME but was not of my volition AND was completely beyond my control: view my MRI.  In my High School years, I was known as a brain.  I was then very intelligent, especially with mathematics.   I had come to the conclusion that it must be that I was causing others to be jealous of me.  It was intimated that I should conceal my intelligence.   I withdrew into myself. I was still bullied.

It is only recently, [2005] that I obtained that MRI to show the actual case, unequivocally. 

There are TWO BASIC CAUSES OF THE BULLYING I SUSTAIN:  They are not independent but are interrelated and correlated.

1.)   The asymmetry/freakishish-ugliness of my deformed skull and resulting disfigurement. 
2.)   Most importantly, the consequences of 1. above:-
    a)   Shark attack whereby gutless parasites, see me as being an "easy target"  for their bullying, as it make them feel superior to me.
    b)   My undeserved "reputation" or, in psychology speak, the 'halo effect' [similar to "where there's smoke there's fire"], which is a consequence of 1. and 2a. above.  This is especially so when a third party has to make decision regarding me: for example, Public servant parasites in the Public Sector, and for Magistrates and Judges [where they are not already out and out corrupt - the case with many].  This is so even where they do not see me but just "read between the lines" on my reputation and the demonisation of me, by other bullies.

Research shows that Ugly people are so much more harshly treated by courts, much the same as with Aborigines.  Aborigines are bullied, just for being Aborigines.  The discrimination I suffer is very similar to Racial discrimination.  Hence, I readily appreciate how Aborigines, and people of PNG and Solomon Islands experience Racial discrimination [simply bullying].

Some TACTICS and STRATEGIES of BULLYING
Bullying involves demonisation of the target with lies of  evil, wrongdoing or immoral conduct.   When challenged, the bully cannot substantiate his allegations but may say that the person who can deliver the evidence is afraid of repercussions from the bullied target [helps to substantiate the lie], that the target was challenged [in private but was not challenged, or was challenged, because the bully had included that, planning his bullying, as a way of substantiating the lie that the conduct occurred, when the target admits that he was challenged],  and that the challenge was worthwhile because the target no longer engages in that conduct.  [Congratulations, I am pleased you don't beat your wife now.]

There is much CORRUPTION in Australia but the majority of it is concealed. THIS HAS MAJOR CONSEQUENCES FOR AUSTRALIA POLICICALLY ON the WORLD STAGE. Australia attempts to pontificate from the HIGH MORAL GROUND and be the “BULLY OF THE PACIFIC”. America [USA – Bush] is attempting to diminish its INTERNATIONAL crimes by seeming to associate with a densizen of the “high moral ground” [Australia], whereas in fact, AUSTRALIA IS RIFE WITH CORRUPTION. The hidden corruption is spread across layers of government, [elected and “public service”], POLICE, [Queensland and Federal], the judiciary, legal profession, EDUCATION, UNIVERSITIES and business. It occurs in many dimensions. Much of the corruption is for the “cover-up” of incompetence, and other corruption. Some members of my “family” have gained some “inspiration” from some of this corruption, utilising corruption in the legal profession and judiciary.          
The www is the ideal medium to present The EVIDENCE of this corruption when that evidence is documented and the statements of others where those statements are public records. I WILL PUBLISH THE FACTUAL EVIDENCE HERE. My purpose with this site is to assemble that evidence and the logical linkage for the UNCHALLENGABLE CONCLUSION. I have special skills in this respect. I am first and foremost a MATHEMATICIAN with maths majors in my BSc and BA. As well, I am fully trained to be admitted as a lawyer. I have practical experience in many courts over many years and as an accountant and tax agent.
